We're proud to say that all our products are Vegan and Cruelty-Free! Giving you peace of mind that they do not contain any animal products and are not tested on animals. 

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

We recognize that businesses can have a negative impact on the environment, which is why we are committed to being as responsible as we can. We search for ways in which we can reduce the impact of our work across all areas, from production to the offices, warehouse, and logistics. 

One tree is planted for every Osmology product sold. Together with our parent company we have funded the planting of over 60,000 trees.

Our packaging is either FSC-certified, responsibly sourced, or part/fully recycled content and fully recyclable. We print using non-toxic, plant-based inks with no harsh chemicals. 

Our manufacturing, offices, and warehouses operate with zero waste to landfill. 

We recycle as much waste material as possible and avoid using plastic whenever possible or practical to do so, using paper packing tape and void fill instead of plastic.

Return Policy

Should you wish to make a return, please send an email to sales@osmology.com for return authorization, within 14 days of receipt of your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

When inquiring about a return, please include your order number and shipping address. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser, and shipping via a trackable method is recommended. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
